I could not believe there are two more weeks for the rest semester. In this week I finally finished the friendship event with Elena. This Friendship in the New Way is a follow-up event of Kat Vellos’ lecture at CCA on how to build friendships in adulthood. Thanks for this opportunity Kate and Kat offer to us. Friendship always plays an important role in our life.
And We are so glad to have this opportunity to raise this small friendship event and have fun with you. We discussed the opportunities of maintaining friendships online and we also wanted to help our participants gain more confidence for adjusting themselves in new communication ways. We hope all participants by finishing attending our activities, they could find that it is not that hard to maintain long distance relationships!

For my personal OKRs, I have finished almost 70% of all my goals which I have set in the start of this semester. These OKRs I am planning to finished in the future:
Apply attend a UX/IxD competition.
Reach 100 professional designers, engineer followers on Twitter.
Post a design-related post 2x/week for 10 weeks and receive at least 5 retweets.
Analysis all key metrics related to community engagement and write an report which include statistical data and produce strategic plans to maintain growth.
I am going to apply to the competition which raise in May. And I started to fill my application form. For the OKRs on LinkedIn, I started to follow some designers, but reach out to them is something that need more courage to break the ice. And I will work on that to grow my professional network. Also, I think that OKRs is really hard for me who is socially awkward for a long time. I felt uncomfortable when I am texting strangers and posting things online. I hope I could overcome these not just for my career, but also for my mental health。
