During this week, due to my health issue, I spent a lot of time in the hospital to check up and see a doctor. Therefore, the work efficiency for this week was relatively low, and the OKRs I assigned in the last week were not completed in time. During this process, I also deeply felt the chaos of the Chinese hospital system. I wasted a lot of time in the hospital queuing to find the outpatient doctor's location and waiting in line. This bad experience also gave me a deep understanding of the importance of experience and service design in people's daily life. I found a lot of pain points that need to be redesigned to make the experience perfect. In next week, I need to go to the hospital agina to get my MRI results and see doctors. And I will keep finding more opportunities that could make patients hospital experience better.

For this week, I started to working on my resume. When I was in the process of perfect my Linkedin profile, I tried to find my previous experience from my existed resume. Then , I found out that my resume was created too early and I did not update it since end of last year. So I decided to update this as my main goal for this week. In the process, I realized that how to write my experience in concrete way is really challenging for me. I searched online for how to write a great resume and found some tips for that. There are some links for the related articles for how to write a great resume.

After finishing my new resume for both English and Chinese vision, I started to finishing the Linkedin Profile Workshop. I created my Linkedin account long time ago, I need to update my profile and finish all 10 steps which listed in the workshop.
